Windsor Pointe

Windsor Pointe is located in a quiet finger on the eastern side of Sandbar Cove which is a large section of water on the north side of Lake Hickory in Alexander county considered by many as the Party Cove. It got its name from an actual sandbar in the middle of the main cove. In the summer months, boaters tie up together around the caution buoy and find themselves standing only waist deep in the middle of the cove. Windsor Point was developed with waterfront and lake access lots. This neighborhood amenities include a boat launch and deeded boat slips.1600 square foot minimum exclusive of garage/basement.
