Lake Acres

Lake Acres is located in Burke county on the south side of the top end of Lake Hickory not far from Rhodhiss Dam. Community features include underground utilities, picnic area with lake access and a place to launch your boat. A quaint tressle crosses the river through this community with approximately 80 lots.The train runs once a week across the bridge from a furniture company in Caldwell county into a Hickory industrial area. The residents always speak highly of "their" train. Minimum square foot is 1200 heated square feet exclusive of breezeways and garages.
