Harbor Town is located midway down River Hills Ct in Alexander county on the north side of Lake Hickory. This lake access community was subdivided in 1984 with about 80 lots. These lots enjoy some of the best views of our main channel looking S towards Catawba county. Setbacks in Alexander county is 40 feet from the front and 50' from the back. Amenities include low county taxes, underground utilities, low HOA dues of $50/yr,and  a lake launch that gets residents onto the main channel.
