Broadwater Landing

Located on the main channel of Lake Rhodhiss, the lakefront community of Broadwater Landing is in the city of Granite Falls, NC (pop. 4800) and offers the city utilities of water, sewer, and natural gas. Breathtaking westerly views of the Blue Ridge Mountains including Grandfather and Flat Rock as well as long range lake views are part of its lure. Large wooded tracts adjoin the least developed lake in our area.

Wildlife abounds in the 225 lot subdivision in Caldwell county of Western NC on Lake Rhodhiss. This deep water fishing lake is part of the Catawba River System offering 90 miles of shoreline and a surface area of approximately 3,060 acres. This lake provides a reliable source of water for the nearby cities of Granite Falls, Lenoir, Morganton and Valdese, North Carolina. Duke Energy owns and manages Lake Rhodhiss and provides four boat access areas and one bank fishing area on the lake in cooperation with the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission.
