Hickory NC Itineraries

The Hickory Convention Center is ALWAYS presenting its visitors to get to know HKY like the natives but I think some of the natives would be surprised by all the FUN ideas listed on their website and new magazine. For example, there are restaurants and venues new to our area.

Newly opened in the center of #downtownhickory, is the Lackey family's newest endeavors in 1 North Center: Cowa-Sake for a taste sensation of a variety of dishes, including sushi, sliders, and other small plates and Frothy Rooster "Beyond Breakfast" opening soon!

Have you seen what's going on down on the Eastside of #downtownhickory? The Cranford family will be opening soon for breakfast bicuits, BBQ lunch, with brewery, distillery and speakeasy at City Walk Brewery & Distillery! 

Have your heard what's going on down Westside of #downtownhickory? Hickory Premier recently opened its doors to Karaoke, Thirsty Thursdays, Fun Fridays and tons of local musical acts. Visit their website to sign up for free tickets.

On the Northside of #downtownhickory, you'll find the Battle Axe Mead House with, of course Mead, and Beer, Cider, Sparkling Water and Snacks!

In Mountain View, South of #downtownhickory, you can find the new venue called The Stump to hold your upcoming events or rent out the little cabin for some R&R.

Just a little bit farther South in Sherrills Ford, you will find the Bohemian Cattle Co with Gold Mining, Hiking, Food, Beer, Cows, Fishing, Campground, you name it!
